A found collection of DDR family holiday slides, fabricated texts, and obsolete media form the basis of “Every fragment a fragment” (2024–25) for 10-player ensemble, live overhead projector, and cassette player.

Through the live manipulation of archival photographs with light, water, and text, private memories are transformed into shifting landscapes of speculation, distortion, and poetic reconstruction. Sound, image, and language intertwine to blur the boundaries between document and fiction, preservation and invention.

The work reflects on the fragile nature of memory and historical record, where every fragment becomes an invitation to imagine what is missing.
